– two glasses of water

– Jaggery

– a spoonful of neem flowers

– ginger (ginger) small pieces

– Fresh black pepper (black pepper) powder

– Raw mango cut into small pieces

The process is simple and fuss free. Put jaggery in water and after 10 minutes put everything else. Diwekar said that jaggery helps in beating the heat and keeping the body cool.
