Shahi Tukda is a classic bread pudding prepared using bread and a sweetened milk product called rabdi. This popular Indian dessert is topped with dry fruits and nuts. According to legend, it is called Mughlai cuisine. Many people make this sweet during the celebration of Ramadan or Eid. However, since we can’t get enough of its sweet taste, some of us don’t mind making it to satisfy our sweet tooth any day! Mango Shahi Tukda: Here’s How To Make Mango Shahi Tukda
First take the slices of bread and then fry them till they become crispy. Now put sugar and water in a pan, let it thicken, then add mango puree and keep stirring continuously. Let it cool down. Place the fried bread pieces in a plate and pour the mango mixture on top. After this, serve garnished with dry fruits.
