  1. To make the drink, first mix the pineapple pieces and sugar together.
  2. Strain the pulp and add lemon juice to it.
  3. Now put some salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala in a tall glass.
  4. Add pineapple syrup, mint leaves and ice of your choice.
  5. Pour club soda over it, stir and Pineapple Shikanji is ready to eat.
